Never been a Scout before? Not a problem! No experience is needed—just enthusiasm, a sense of fun, and a willingness to make a difference. You’ll be joining a great team with plenty of support and resources to help you along the way.

Here are some FAQs about joining our group:

Q: How long will it take to get a space once I’m on the waiting list?

A: Wait times vary based on available spots and age groups in each section. We prioritize placing each child in the appropriate section based on age and readiness, rather than a first-come, first-served basis, aiming for balanced sections across all age groups. With more volunteers, we may even open additional sections!

Q: What uniform do Scouts wear, and where can I get it?

A: Each section wears a different uniform, which can be purchased from our recommended suppliers. Don’t worry—you don’t need to buy it straight away! We’ll guide you on what’s needed and when.

Q: Can I help as a parent?

A: Absolutely! We always welcome extra hands, whether it’s helping at meetings, assisting with events, or even taking on a leadership role. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll provide training and support.
